Psalm 25a

Psalm 25:1-10

To you, O Lord, my soul I raise;
In you my God I trust.
Save me from my adversaries' gaze,
O may my foes not boast.

No-one who puts his hope in you
Will ever come to shame,
But they who causeless are untrue
They will be put to shame.

Show me your paths, O Lord, teach me,
Guide right, teach me your way,
For God my Saviour you will be,
My hope's in you all day.

Recall, O Lord, your grace and faith
For they're from ancient days.
Do not recall my sins of youth
And my rebellious ways.

In your great love remember me,
You're good, O Lord, always.
The Lord will good and upright be
So sinners learn his ways.

The humble he guides in right ways
The Lord shows them his way.
He's faithful, loving, kind always
To those who him obey.
